Seattle Weekend

We love football season!

This was obviously a very intense game!  Owen seemed to have missed the memo!  :)

The boys wanted a bonfire to roast marshmallows, so we had a pizza picnic in the yard and a fire in the fire pit!

We headed to Seattle and were put up in this awesome condo building!

The view of the space needle from outside our building!

We took a night time walk through downtown Seattle!

The boys had lots of energy from napping most of the trip over, so we had to let them walk it off!

Owen couldn't resist stopping and dancing to the music from a restaurant!

A cool fountain outside of the lobby of the Ellington, where we stayed.

"Art" in the sculpture park

A view of the Ellington from the water.

Some kids are considered to be a "ham", but Owen is definitely all CHEESE!

A walk on the water down to Pike Place Market

When Daddy got done working we walked to the Seattle Center and hung out at the International Fountain.

We took the monorail to Westside Plaza.  There was a big protest going on....everyone seemed to be protesting something different, so it didn't seem to be working out very well for them.  :)  There were tons of police, though!!! On foot, in cars, on horses, riding bikes!  Everywhere!

The protest from above.

We went to see an IMAX, "Rocky Mountain Express", where we all took naps, except Leah!  We checked out the science center a little as long as we were there.

Oh, don't you just LOVE this mirror!  :)

You can see why I married him, right?

We loved the butterfly habitat!

We enjoyed a wonderful meeting on Sunday at the Elly's!  And then marveled at the fall colors on the way home!

Owen took a nap as soon as we got into the car, he woke up to this sight.  Immediately he started pointing and saying "Daddy, daddy!"  He recognized Daddy's truck right away!

Fun car ride buddy!
