Sequim Part 1

The night before we left we had baby Finn over.  Oh, and his mommy, daddy, brother, and sister.  Owen was very intrigued by the baby!

We stopped at Uncle Mike and Aunt LauraLynn's.  The boys got reacquainted with their cousins!  Pretty Bella in her princess dress.

Ryan and Brenna

Sweet Michael

The cousins

Tristan wanted to sit by Bella, Owen wanted down, Wade and Michael were happy just being together, and Brenna needed to adjust her tights.  :)

Thursday night we celebrated Wade and Owen's birthdays with Grandpa and Grandma.  We had pizza in the hot tub!  Owen was bundled up in his high chair.  :)

Cupcakes and party hats!  Sorry my camera was a little foggy from being out in the cold.

Yum!

Big "almost" 3 year old

Was upset about getting locked down in the high chair, but got over it quickly once we put the cupcake back in his hands.

We blindfolded Wade to bring in his birthday present.

Trying to feel what it is.

He knows what it is!

Woohoo!!!

Owen wants to try it out.

Look what Owen got for his birthday!

Tristan enjoyed feeding BeBop everyday.

4-Wheeler rides

Chopping wood and saying goodbye to Mom and Dad who headed to Portland for the weekend.  (Look at Wade helping!)

Love that I got his tongue out!

Portlandia

Ok, this was before we went to Portland.  Owen is at that age where he is into everything!  This was a box of cereal he dumped on the floor!  Yum!

We spent an afternoon at the children's museum.  They loved it!

Owen and Bailey (the little boy that Leah is a nanny for) in the water center

Owen and Bailey in the clay center, where Owen proceeded to eat the clay.

We've got a bus driver in the family.

And the ambulance driver

Very cool giant lite brite

You could brush this alligator's teeth, or get eaten by them!

Leah, Bailey, and the house where she lives with her nanny family.

We took the Max train downtown and walked around a bit.  This is Portland's living room.

This might just say it all

We waited in this line for Voodoo Doughnuts.  Supposedly they are very good!  But, it started raining and we got tired of waiting, so we abandoned the line.

And made doughnuts back at Sam and Julie's house!

They were delicious!!

Owen loved Sam and Julie's vibrating chair!  And the new book he got for his birthday!!!
We also played Ultimate Frisbee for 3 hours on Saturday....yeah, I'm still a bit sore!
Thanks for a great weekend!

ScrapBlog

Help! Scrapblog just informed me that they are being bought out and I only have a week to purchase my books. I don't want to purchase my books, but I would like to save them a view them digitally! Does anyone know anything about this? I'm going to put my two books on here, so at least I'll have a copy of them in case they disappear! :)

Video Post

We have been enjoying watching some videos of the boys from the past few years.  Of course it makes me realize that I would like to take more videos.  :)  So I took a few over the past couple of days.  I don't expect you to watch them all, most are not super exciting.  If you just want to watch a couple I recommend the space ranger ones and the one of Owen eating an apple right from the bag (see previous post.)  :)

GO PACK GO!!!!

I must admit.  Being a Packer fan in WA is a lot different than being a Packer fan in WI.  Everyone we watched the game with was cheering for the Packers too, but there was a definite lack of enthusiasm!  :)  I remember back 15 years to when the Packers last won the Super Bowl here are a few differences I noticed between my WI superbowl and my WA superbowl.  There were cars on the road during the game....life didn't stop!  I didn't see a single cheesehead!!!!!!!  Not a single green and gold car...or tractor...or garage door....or house for that matter!  It was still a lot of fun to watch, and today my baby and I are showing our PACKER PRIDE!!

Baby and Baby Shower

So, I hadn't heard from Owen for a few minutes, found him downstairs chewing on the bag of apples.  He gnawed a hole in the bag and had an apple half-eaten!

Little mouse at work.

On Saturday I went to Nicole's baby shower.  Poor Nicole is on bed rest again, but she's nearing the end!

Pam was a wonderful hostess!

Trese and Dakota!  All of us moms of boys who came kidless enjoyed holding and playing with the little girls that were there.
We scrapbooked pages for Nicole's baby scrapbook.  Some of us watched the more creative ones work!  Trese and I did team up and put together a page.
