We have been "enjoying" the start of winter. This week has been quite cold with temps in the single digits. We took advantage of the winter weekend and found some ice to play on.

Thanksgiving
Mom and dad flew out to spend thanksgiving with the WA family! We had a few days with them, then we went to Seattle and had the big meal at Kale and Jaspar's. Friday we watched the big thanksgiving parade and then headed back to Chelan!

Owen's Prayer
Last night our dear friend Fred came for dinner. Owen had set the table, so Jason lets the one who set the table choose a grace or choose to pray. Owen has always picked a grace to sing in the past, so we were surprised when he said, "I want to pray. Mommy, how do I start?" I told him that he could start with "Father in heaven". He continued, "Father in heaven, we are thankful for the workers. We pray we would love the workers more and God and Jesus. We are thankful for God and Jesus and the food. Amen." So sweet!
